THE Next steps:
I. Book the date.
Reach out through my contact page with your desired date(s). Tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking for from a photoshoot. If you already have a location in mind, let me know.
II. Take photos.
We will meet at the agreed upon location, date and time to capture your photos. I won't just try to make the process painless, but enjoyable!
III. Deliver memories.
Within 24hrs, I'll provide a sneak-peek edit of one photo and share the online gallery where I will upload all of your edits. For Short & Sweet and Storyteller packages, all edits will be delivered within 2 weeks. For The Big Day package, edits will be delivered within 4 weeks.
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Abingdon, VA the southwest corner of Virginia. This means I can travel to clients in North Carolina, Tennessee as well as Virginia. Any photoshoot within 30 miles will not have a travel fee and travel fees start at $50 for over 30 miles away.
When will I receive my photos?
I will share a sneak peak photo within 24hrs and the full edited gallery will be available within 2 weeks through the Pixieset Platform. Unless you have a Big Day package, then your gallery will be available within 4 weeks.
How will I pay?
First, I will share direct links or invoices for you to secure your date with a deposit through Venmo Business, Paypal or Stripe. After I have delivered your online gallery, I require full payment prior to releasing download PINs. This may be paid for through Venmo Business, Paypal, Stripe or cash if you would prefer to pay ahead the day of the shoot.
What if the weather is bad?
If there's a heavy rain or worse, we can reschedule or change to an indoor location. A light rain could be okay depending on the location and it may possible to simply adjust the time of the shoot.
What if I have to cancel?
We will first try to reschedule. If this is not possible (i.e. an event has been permanently cancelled), I will retain the deposit if notified less than three weeks prior to the shoot date. If notified more than three weeks in advance, I will refund your deposit.
